As a busy spa, we do our best to meet the needs of our clients' schedules. We can best facilitate other appointment requests when you respect our request to provide 24-hour notice for any changes or cancellations. If you fail to cancel in a timely manner, a 100% service charge does apply. For this reason, to secure your appointment time, we require a credit card or gift card number to reserve your treatment.
All group bookings or spa parties require one week notice for any changes or cancellations or a 100% service fee charge are applied for any no-shows or late cancellations.
We hope you appreciate that each of our spa etiquette guidelines is designed to improve your spa experience. It allows us to accommodate the needs of each guest while avoiding challenges that can impact the quality of service we provide. We thank you for your cooperation and encourage you to discuss any policies that cause you concern.

• We will gladly provide a receipt for RMT services on the day the service is rendered and paid for.

About Our Consultations:
We believe in order to ensure the best service; each appointment should begin with a free consultation, including a thorough up to date health history. This is for your comfort and safety to avoid unexpected issues resulting from your treatment. Your complete honesty is required, and all information is treated with the utmost concern for your privacy and security.
It's very important to let us know if you are pregnant or even if there is a chance you are pregnant at the time of booking, as some treatments are not suitable for expectant mothers. We do not recommend body treatments or reflexology during pregnancy. If you are pregnant, please speak to our Spa Concierge to find out what treatments are recommended.

About Gift Cards:
Gift cards are available for services, packages, retail products, or any dollar amount.
Gift cards are fully transferable but not refundable and cannot be replaced if lost or stolen.
Gift cards retain their service value for six months from the date of purchase. Thereafter, gift cards revert to a cash value.

We ensure our therapists drape towels and sheets discreetly over any area of your body not involved in the treatment, protecting your privacy at all times. However, if you prefer, a bathing suit may be worn during any body treatment to keep you as comfortable as possible.

Feel free to show appreciation to our staff for their excellent work. You can use the tip envelopes available at the Spa Concierge desk or add a credit card tip during the checkout process.
• There is a 20% auto gratuity for groups of 4 or more.
• There is a 20% auto gratuity on all food and beverages.

About Appointments:
All appointment times are approximate and could result in wait times due to circumstances beyond our control. Because of this, we ask that you arrive at the spa 30 minutes before your scheduled appointment in order to prepare for your treatment and avoid delays for those scheduled after you. As a commitment to remaining as close to the schedule as possible, please remember that as a courtesy to our clientele, if your treatment time is delayed due to your late arrival, it will end as scheduled so that the next guest is not delayed. Full-service charges will apply.
Also, if you forget to inform us of special accommodations required for your appointment, this could delay or postpone treatment.

In our nail salon, we provide treatments exclusively for natural nails. We do not offer refills or nail extensions. Shellac services are available, with additional fees that may apply. However, we are unable to offer shellac services on nail extensions, as we lack the necessary equipment to remove the shellac properly.

We offer waxing services additional to facials, massage, and body treatments. They cannot be booked on their own. Please contact our concierge team for more information.

Guests interested in using our water facilities without scheduling a treatment can access our hydrotherapies for $65.00 plus HST on Tuesdays, Wednesdays, and Thursdays, and $75 plus HST on Fridays and Saturdays. Please note that hydrotherapy access on weekends is limited.

We recognize that you might need to step away for a call or check your emails. Feel free to utilize our Spa Lobby near the concierge desk for these purposes, and kindly refrain from using the Spa Lounge area. Beginning at the lounge this area is designated as an electronic-free space, as we aim to foster an environment conducive to health and wellness.
